Prairie Ember began as a response to a system that wasn’t serving my child’s needs—especially my son with unique learning differences. I saw firsthand how rigid structures and one-size-fits-all expectations left more gaps than growth. So I chose a different path—one built on connection, flexibility, and the belief that every child deserves a space to thrive.
Over time, that choice grew into something bigger than homeschooling. It became a way of living intentionally, showing up with creativity, and turning everyday routines into moments of care and discovery.
